Lean Cuisine is known as the healthier go-to easy frozen meal for dieters. However, they have rebranded to focus more on healthy, organic meal options. It’s difficult to find affordable gluten free frozen meals, but Lean Cuisine offers a variety of options that are gluten free. They released these gluten free meals in 2015, but the lineup and ingredients have changed since then. Since it’s difficult to find this information online, I contacted Nestle directly for a complete listing of all Lean Cuisine gluten free options.
Is Lean Cuisine gluten free?
From Lean Cuisine’s email: “We follow the US Food and Drug administration’s guidelines of a gluten free food, which state that any food or beverage item bearing a gluten free claim on its labeling does not contain the protein found in wheat, barley, rye, or hybrid grains, such as triticale.

Lean Cuisine gluten free options include 15 dishes, such as Chicken Marsala, Ranchero Braised Beef, Sweet & Sour Chicken, and Cheddar Bacon Chicken.
