Carrabba’s gluten free options
Carrabba’s was founded by an Italian nephew and his uncle and now operates over 200 restaurants worldwide. They serve fresh Italian food, focusing on wood grilled dishes. Carrabba’s gluten free menu has recently been revamped and expanded to include gluten free Casarecce pasta and a grill-baste used to enhance the smoky flavor of their wood-fire grilled dishes.

Because I am lactose intolerant, I have not ventured to try the pasta dishes. However, Chicken Marsala and Chicken Bryan are delicious. The Bryan is smothered in goat cheese, basil, and lemon butter sauce, while the Marsala (my personal favorite) is wood-grilled and topped with mushrooms and Lombardo Marsala wine sauce.
Carrabba’s is owned by Bloomin’ Brands, which means it’s in the same family as Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, and Fleming’s. They offer a Dine Rewards program where you can get 50% off of your 4th meal. Considering the price point of these places, that is a pretty good deal! If you sign up with this link, you will get $5 to spend at any of those restaurants, for free!
