Almond Butter Protein Balls with Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1/2 scoop plant-based protein powder (Plant Fusion)
  • 1/4 cup almond butter sub any other nut butter, or sunflower butter
  • 1/2 cup other nut butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs or dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix nut butters together with hands.

  2. Fold in protein powder gradually.

  3. Once fully mixed, add cocoa powder and mix together.

  4. Fold in cacao nibs.

  5. Divide dough into 6 portions, and roll into balls with your hands.

  6. For extra texture, roll in cacao nibs (or chocolate chips, chia seeds, flax seeds, etc.)

  7. Store in refrigerator.
