Bonefish Grill Gluten Free Menu Options:
- Mussels, Edamame, and Saucy Shrimp
- Salads without croutons. Make sure they use a new bowl!
- Wood Grilled Fish & Steak
- Macadamia Nut Brownie
- Several Sides
Bonefish usually offers the same types of wood grilled fish year round. You also get to choose your own Signature Sauce if you choose the grilled fish option. My absolute favorite is the rainbow trout with the herb pesto sauce.
For dessert, Bonefish Grill gluten free menu offers two gluten free options: Macadamia Nut Brownie and Creme Brulee. The flourless brownie, drenched in raspberry sauce, covered in vanilla ice cream and macadamia nuts, is almost too good to be true. Seriously, get it. Sometimes my husband and I go to Bonefish just for the dessert!
The “From the Land” (non-fish) options are tasty, but just not as good as the seafood. In particular, the Lily’s Chicken is very good. With chicken smothered in goat cheese, you can’t go wrong. Obviously, if you go to a seafood restaurant and don’t get seafood…your results may vary.
The other cool part, is that Bonefish is owned by Bloomin’ Brands, which means it’s in the same family as Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s, and Fleming’s. They offer a Dine Rewards program where you can get 50% off of your 4th meal. Considering the price point of these places, that is a pretty good deal! If you sign up with this link, you will get $5 to spend at any of those restaurants, for free!
Join Dine Rewards and get 50% off every
4th visit when you dine around at Outback,
Carrabba’s, Bonefish, or Fleming’s.
Menu Selection: 4.5/5. Bonefish has an extensive gluten free menu with delicious options, and GF dessert is a nice bonus. Portions are generous, so I am usually too full for dessert, But, it’s good enough to order to go to eat later.
Service: 4.5/5. This place always has a wait, and for good reason. Make reservations to avoid this. Wait staff are called “Anglers” and are trained in where the fish originates, how it’s cooked, and to recommend the perfect drink to pair with your dish.
Cleanliness: 4.5/5. Usually very clean despite the crowds.
Sensitivity: 4.5/5. Servers and kitchen are sensitive to food limitations. I have yet to receive a dish that was wrong.
Atmosphere: 4.5/5. With a vibrant and colorful atmosphere, candlelit tables, and specialty drinks, this is a great place for a night out.
Cost: $$$-$$$$
