Are Buffalo Wild Wings Gluten Free?
Are you wondering if Buffalo Wild Wings are gluten free? The short answer is no, the wings are not gluten free because of cross-contamination. However, Buffalo Wild Wings has a gluten free menu with other options. BWW is an American casual dining restaurant and sports bar franchise which specializes in Buffalo wings and sauces.
Buffalo Wild Wings does have a gluten free menu online, called “allergen and preparation guide”. Several food items on this menu are listed as gluten free. However, there is also a column for “fried”, which you are going to want to avoid, because the fryers at Buffalo Wild Wings are all shared between gluten containing menu items. So, cross-contamination will occur with all of those foods*. If you want to learn WHERE to eat out as gluten free that is 100% certified, check out this FREE gluten free eating out guide!

Grilled Chicken Salad without croutons and bread may be gluten free, but I have not tested it with my Nima sensor yet.
My personal favorite are the naked chicken tenders with parmesan garlic. The Naked Tenders are made from all-white chicken, grilled to perfection, and served with sauce and dry seasoning.
Nima Sensor recently tested several menu items from Buffalo Wild Wings and found the grilled chicken nachos and Naked Tenders to be gluten free. Find out more about the Nima Sensor, the device that saved my life while eating out!
