After a workout, it’s important to drink a protein shake to fuel your body. I prefer Plant Fusion because it’s plant based, dairy free, and has a whopping 21g of protein per scoop! Plus, it’s full of essential amino acids that will help repair and grow your muscles.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop Plant Fusion protein powder
- 1 Tbsp PB2
- ½ cup ice
- 1 whole banana, sliced (frozen optional)
- 1 Tbsp chia seed
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. I prefer to use Oster MyBlend with Travel Bottle. It is so convenient!
